Michigan is smoke free effective May 1, 2010. The Ottawa County Health Department is the enforcing agency in Grand Haven. Complaint forms are available on line at www.miottawa.org/health under the Smoke Free Air Law tab. Forms are also available here at City Hall or at the Health Department offices on Ferris Street across from Grand Haven High School.
